Paul Denver has been a registered real estate agent and auctioneer since 1991, founding Flinders Realty in 1995, and later renaming it to iPropertyManager Pty Ltd a dedicated Property Management company. Initially the business began as a traditional sales based real estate agency, however in 2009 Paul made the strategic decision to run a specialist property management company.

Organic Rent Roll Growth

At the outset Paul had little focus on residential property management but started building the rental side of the business in 2007 and in the space of only a few short years, he has grown the property management division from practically nothing to the point where they now manage millions of dollars worth of residential real estate. Paul is dedicated to growing the rent roll organically, all landlords have their investment properties with iPropertyManager because they choose to, the property management team have a detailed understanding of each property and landlord, insuring an ongoing successful relationship.
