We will do the final inspection within two business days of receiving the keys.
The tenancy concludes when all keys are returned to the office as per the lease agreement. The full vacate clean includes an inspection of the following:
- as per the Lease agreement the carpets must be steam cleaned on termination of tenancy and receipt supplied to Agent.
- all windows cleaned, including blinds
- all dust removed from skirting boards, door frames etc
- all kitchen cupboards and appliances cleaned, including range hood and dishwasher filters
- all exhaust fan covers and heating vents cleaned
- bathrooms should be clean of any mould. i.e. grout in shower
- all light bulbs are in working order
- gardens should be tidy, lawns trimmed and weeds removed
- all council bins must be emptied
- all items removed from property
- all keys and remotes must be returned to office.
Please note: we request that power remains connected for 4 days post the vacate date to ensure rectification works can be completed – this will prevent you needing to reconnect power.
