Changing agents is quick, easy and no cost to you

If you currently have a property managed by another agent and you’re not satisfied with the service you are getting and would like to change over to iPropertyManager all you need to do is contact us. In Victoria, even if there is a Fixed Term Lease of 12 months in place, there are no costs incurred, your current agent cannot apply any penalties.

We do the work

Our team will arrange the transfer of management. We will provide you with a transfer of management letter and management authority. Once we have these signed by you we will notify your current agent and arrange a time to visit their office and pick up your property files and keys.

There is no need for you to contact your current agent or communicate with them in any way.
