In order to apply for a property tenancy, you can submit a 1Form application online. In order to make this process as efficient as possible, please:
- Read the Tenancy Agreement and its terms and conditions.
- Complete a 1Form Tenancy Agreement for each person seeking tenancy.
- Refer to our Privacy Policy if you have concerns regarding the use and storage of your personal information.
Please note that incomplete Applications cannot be properly processed, and that bond transfers are not accepted by our agency. If you are experiencing difficulty, contact us for assistance in order to complete the form.
Verifying your Application
In order to verify the information you have provided on your Application, we will complete the following:
- Contact your employer or HR manager
- Call your current and previous Agent
- Talk to your personal referees
- Refer to tenancy databases like TICA
If your Application is accepted
If your application is successful, we will notify you immediately and provide you with the General Tenancy Agreement. After signing the Agreement and paying the amount equivalent to four weeks rent by bank cheque or money order, your tenancy will be secured. This payment should be made payable to iPropertyManager Pty Ltd.
Bond Payment
Before you begin your tenancy, you must pay a bond amount of four weeks rent. This can be made either as a money order or bank cheque to the Residential Tenancies Authority.
Paying Rent
Rent can be paid via a monthly Electronic Funds Transfer unless the landlord and tenant have negotiated a different arrangement.
If your Application is not accepted
If the lessor does not accept the Application, it will be retained for one month before being destroyed in compliance with Privacy Legislation.
